We place a "Best By" date on each of our fudge containers. The standard shelf life is 3 months.

Refrigerating our fudge can cause it to dry out; thereby, altering its taste and consistency. Storing our fudge at room temperature is preferable.

Yes, it can be frozen for up to 9 months. Follow these simple steps: 1) Wrap the fudge in its original container in aluminum foil. 2) Place the foil-wrapped container into a freezer bag. 3) Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy (up to 9 months). 4) When ready to thaw, remove the bag from the freezer but leave it wrapped in both the freezer bag and foil. 5) Allow fudge to thaw completely at room temperature before removing it from the bag and foil. This ensures that no extra moisture gets into the fudge.

As a small business, we haven't yet reached the federally-mandated threshold for providing nutritional content on our packaging. However, each 8 oz. tub does contain a label listing ingredients.
