HOW AND WHERE ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?

Fudge Etc. products are shipped from our store via USPS or UPS to the 48 continental states, including the District of Columbia.

WHEN ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
​
Please allow at least 24 – 48 hours for your order to process; it should ship within two business days. While our brick-and-mortar location is open Tuesday through Thursday, we consider online business days as Monday through Friday. Please note that business days do not include Federal holidays within the United States, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the day after Christmas.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout based on shipping zones, weight, and box dimensions.

WHAT IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WAS INCORRECT?

Additional shipping charges may be incurred if you enter an incorrect address. Before submitting your order, please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If you inadvertently supply an inaccurate shipping address, please contact us immediately by phone or email, but be aware that you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if the product has already been shipped.
